With more than 1600 colleagues and counting, taking care of our people is a serious business. Our Human Resources teams include HR Advisors and Partners, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, People Operations, Payroll, Employee Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, and Reward to name a few.
Buying products and services for a business of our size in a regulated industry is a considerable task. Our Procurement team makes sure we build professional and productive relationships with our suppliers, as well as ensuring the needs of our business and customers are met in the products and services we buy.
Our facilities teams are the people who make sure all our locations are comfortable, practical, and safe. They also act as the face of our business, greeting every visitor with a warm welcome.
As the saying goes, change is the only constant and at Novuna that’s certainly true. Whether we’re rolling out a new system, or launching a new product or service, our Change teams are on hand to make sure we are successful in our endeavours.

As you might expect, our Executive Committee are busy people with lots of priorities and plans to juggle. They’re supported by a team of expert Personal and Executive Assistants, administrators, and Business Managers.
Our legal team make sure we engage in good practice when entering into contracts with business and retail customers alike.
