Customer Experience

Our Customer Experience teams are very often the first point of contact for customers who need our support. Careers in customer experience call on empathy, great listening and communication skills, and a desire to help and delight each and every customer.

People leadership

Every great team needs a strong leader, and our teams are no exception to that. In Customer Service & Operations, our Team Leaders and Managers are responsible for making sure our people have all the ingredients they need to be successful.


Operations encompasses a wide variety of roles, often depending on which division you work in.  Whether you find yourself supporting company car drivers, retail lending consumers, or helping business customers with their needs, you'll find our passion for putting the customer at the heart of what we do is consistent throughout.


Whilst we do our best to delight our customers every time, sometimes things don't go according to plan. Our Complaints teams are on hand to ensure every complaint is fully investigated, and action taken to put things right.
