Early on in Sixth Form, I knew that university wasn’t for me and decided to devote my further education to hands-on experience in a business.

Being a Business Administration Apprentice has been a great start to my further education and career. I wanted to work hands-on in a business and gain working experience rather than being taught business theory at University.

There are endless opportunities to learn more and develop my skills. My team is incredibly supportive in aiding my development and appreciates that I am managing an apprenticeship and a full-time job, so we are very flexible in working around what is best for all of us. The qualification assignments are exciting and rewarding and allow me to dive deeper into Novuna and how we work as a company.

Novuna is an amazing company to be part of; if anyone were considering applying for a role, I would highly recommend doing so. The apprenticeships offered are incredible, and you are given continuous support from everyone around you. The coursework is always interesting yet challenging and gives you a much deeper insight into how Novuna is run as a company. I couldn’t be more complimentary about the apprenticeship I work towards, and the support makes it so much more worth it.
