"I chose to take an apprenticeship at Novuna as I was eager to earn money and avoid debt while gaining a qualification and learning through valuable on the job training. This was important to me as I was debating whether to go to University. However, I decided that it was not the right time for me, as I was aware I still wanted to have something to work towards.

I'm excited to be working for a growing company and being able to grow with them.

Starting your first job is always challenging, let alone during a global pandemic. However, Novuna has never failed to make me feel welcome – even if it is virtual.
