Andy Wilson

Relationship Manager

Andy joined the business in June 2018 as Relationship Manager looking after clients in the Northern Division of our business. Andy has over 20 years’ experience within the Invoice Finance sector and prior to joining Novuna spent 10 years at RBSIF, four of which were spent managing clients within the Midlands Corporate team based in Birmingham.

Paul Jay

Regional Relationship Manager

Paul is responsible for the team of Relationship Managers in the Midlands and North Region helping them become business mentors and delivering great client experiences. He joined Novuna Business Cash Flow in March 2017 and has worked in Invoice Finance for the last 21 years with spells at RBS, Barclays and Lloyds where he looked after a range of clients from SME’s to large Corporate’s.

Ian Blake

Relationship Manager - Reading and South

Ian started in Invoice finance straight out of university in 2012, joining RBS as an assistant, where he spent two years learning the industry before looking up the ladder. Ian joined Hitachi Capital UK plc in 2014 where he spent six years in asset lending before jumping at the opportunity to join Novuna Business Cash Flow.

Louisa Lock

Relationship Manager

Louisa started her career in 2000 working for Bibby Financial Services before moving to RBS and then Aldermore Bank. She is an experienced Relationship Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the banking and financial services sector. In 2017, Louisa joined Novuna Business Cash Flow, bringing not only her wealth of experience but also a passion for excellent customer service.

Ellen Hunter

Regional Relationship Manager

Ellen joined Novuna Business Cash Flow in January 2017 as a Relationship Manager, before being promoted to Regional Relationship Manager looking after the Southern team in December 21.

Ellen started her invoice finance career as an auditor for Lombard NatWest/RBS in 1998. During her 25+ years in invoice finance she has had a variety of roles, including audit, survey, risk management and relationship management.

David Lowe

Relationship Manager

David has worked in invoice finance since 1995, virtually all his working life! The majority of this time has been as an accredited Relationship Manager, at RBS Invoice Finance and Virgin Money, which means he has a wealth of experience in the industry. David joined Novuna Business Cash Flow in 2024. He is based in Leeds, and manages clients based in the North East and Yorkshire regions.

Tahira Ahmad

Relationship Manager

Tahira has many years experience of working in the finance sector and has worked for large financial institutions over the years. She joined Novuna Consumer Finance in 2015 as a Loans Advisor before being promoted to Partnership Manager to manage the relationships with some of the biggest partners in the Consumer Finance division.

Alex Hall

Relationship Manager

Alex joined the business in 2015 new to the invoice finance world as a Credit Controller. He then moved onto several roles before being promoted to Relationship Manager in January 2023. Alex is located in the North West, and outside of work is a keen sportsperson.

Lee Palij

Relationship Manager

Lee joined the business in January 2022 as the Assistant Relationship Management – Team Leader, before moving over to the North and Midlands Relationship Management team in September. Lee currently provides support to our clients based in the midlands region. 

Lee is passionate about client service and our wider client experience. Lee has been involved with several projects since starting his career with Novuna, to help develop and improve our internal CRM systems and the way we communicate and gather feedback from our clients.

Natasha DuHaney

Relationship Manager

Natasha joined the business August 2020 as a credit controller for 6 weeks and moved very quick to the new business onboarding team where her skill's were truly used, Natasha remained in this team until February 2022 where she was promoted to an Assistant Relationship Manager overseeing the growth and corporate portfolio's and supporting the RM's.

Laura Watton 

Relationship Manager

Laura joined Novuna Business Cash Flow in September 2023 as an Assistant Relationship Manager for our core clients, shortly after this she moved to looking after our growth and corporate clients. She has recently started a secondment role as a Relationship Manager and is really looking forward to being able to provide excellent customer service and build new relationships to help businesses succeed.

Anthony Ogunyemi

Relationship Manager

Anthony started his career in banking in 2008 and joined Invoice Finance at RBS in 2013 where he started as an Assistant Relationship Manager. He left RBS and spent a year working in the Fintech space before joining Metro Bank IF as a Relationship Manager. He then left Metro for Novuna Business Cash Flow and has not looked back since.

Jennie Bennett

Relationship Manager

With 20 years of experience within the Invoice Finance Industry, Jennie began her career at HSBC, gaining expertise across various roles. She later joined a small independent Invoice Finance provider before becoming part of Novuna Business Cash Flow in 2023. Jennie has 10 years’ experience as a Relationship Manager and is passionate about building trusted relationships and collaborating with a diverse range of businesses.

Relationship Manager

Ryan joined Novuna Business Cash Flow in August 2023 as a Core Relationship manager, assisting clients with facility limits up to £250K. He is passionate about helping and working with SME’s in providing outstanding service and meeting their cash flow needs.

Core Relationship Manager

Shelley started her career in banking with RBS and joined the business in January 2013 as Assistant Relationship Manager then moved into the Onboarding department and becoming a manger of this department.

Nick Slack

Corporate Relationship Manager

Nick joined the business in 2023, having previously worked for Hitachi Capital for two years until 2020. He has spent 21 years working in Invoice Finance and Asset Based Lending in the Financial Services sector. 

Nick’s role is as Corporate Relationship Manager, having previously worked in Credit Risk, Underwriting, Relationship Management, Audit & Survey and enjoys building relationships with internal Stakeholders and his Client’s.
