Not happy with the service.
I’m a returning customer and the new bank details and reference number came late and wasn’t sent to my client in time for the first payment, so went to old account, then I was sent a wrong reference number so the next payment is delayed, costing me interest. I paid 7k in fees last year for 4 months, so I’d expect better.
