We’re enabling zero emissions mobility

We’re at the forefront of the electrification movement, leading the charge in helping some of the biggest companies transition to fully electric fleets. We’re also reducing our own vehicle emissions, with 89.2% of our company car fleet now electrified.

We’re delivering finance solutions for businesses to achieve their decarbonisation ambitions

We’re a leading funding partner for SMEs and bigger corporations supporting the decarbonisation of the UK’s infrastructure. Last year we funded £901m of Green Assets supporting the development and construction of sustainable energy and transport projects.

We’re prioritising the wellbeing of our colleagues and supporting their development

We’re committed to invest in our people in return for their skills, capabilities and experience. In our latest survey, 90% of our employees said that they would recommend Novuna as a great place to work.

We’re committed to achieving an inclusive and diverse workplace

We’ve signed up to a number of industry charters to demonstrate our commitment to equality and diversity. In recognition of the steps we’ve taken to achieve workplace diversity, we’ve been named as one of the UK’s top 50 most inclusive employers five years running.

We’re actively supporting charities and communities

We aim to make a positive and lasting impact to people and the communities in which we live, work and support. Last year, we donated £281,000 to a total of 72 charities and undertook 2,060 hours of volunteering.

We’re committed to the highest standards of Corporate Governance

100% of full-time colleagues and contractors are paid the Real Living Wage and ALL our suppliers have our Code of Conduct within their contracts with us.
