We know that there are times when we all need extra support. That's why we've designed our wellbeing programme with a focus on three key areas: Mental, Physical, and Financial wellbeing. We provide a wide range of services which all colleagues can draw upon for support and assistance, including a confidential helpline.
Our colleague-led Wellbeing Community have chosen to partner with Mind to promote understanding and awareness of mental health issues so that colleagues feel confident in where they can turn to for support in times of need. Our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) offers our people a range of support services dedicated to all things wellbeing related ensuring the Health and Safety of colleagues is prioritised.
